Born in Germany, I grew up in Colombia, Argentina and Germany and attended the Goethe School in Buenos Aires and the Ottheinrich Gymnasium (secondary school) in Wiesloch.

I studied at the IÜD (Institute for translation and interpreting) at the University of Heidelberg and graduated in 1999 as a translator and an interpreter. Exchanges in Brussel, London and Bogota perfected my language skills and cultural knowledge.

In 2000, I was employed at the Expo 2000 in Hannover as interpreter and translator of the Protocol Department. Since 2001, I have been working as a freelance interpreter and translator based in Berlin and the Rhein-Neckar region around Heidelberg and Mannheim.

I am a publicly appointed and sworn translator and interpreter for the Heidelberg District Court and the Berlin courts and notaries. In 2007, I became a member of the International Association of Conference Interpreters AIIC.
